DETROIT FILLMORE 11/3 MEET & GREET Sweepstakes
OFFICIAL RULES
Last modified: October 21, 2026
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The DETROIT FILLMORE 11/3 MEET & GREET Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") entry period begins at 12:00:00PM Eastern Time ("ET") on October 20, 2026 and ends at 11:59:00 PM ET on November 1, 2026 (the "Entry Period”). All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible. Eastern Time shall control for all purposes of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor shall be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules and is subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.
2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 states of the United States of America and District of Columbia (not any US territories or possessions) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry (“Entrants”). Proof of residency and age may be required. If under the age of majority in your state, Entrant should have permission of his/her/their parent/legal guardian (“Parent/Legal Guardian”) to participate. Employees of Sponsor, Instagram, and the corporate parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies or vendors of each, and the immediate family and household members of such individuals, whether related or not, are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, domestic partners or spouses, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year, whether related or not. In order to enter the Sweepstakes or receive a prize, each Entrant must fully comply with the Official Rules, mandatory arbitration of disputes, limitation on rights and remedies, and Sponsor’s decisions, which shall be binding and final in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
3. How to Enter:
No purchase is necessary. It is also not required for entry to register to vote, vote, request an absentee ballot, verify your voter eligibility status, or share this sweepstakes with friends.
During the entry period, enter by visiting one of the two links below and enter your name, birthday, and email address, and indication of selfie type (e.g. ballot selfie, polling place selfie, or Detroit location selfie). Also submit a selfie that meets the link’s requirements:
Voting-related Selfie: Go to makeanimpactconcerts.org/win and fill out the entry and submit a selfie with a blank and unmarked ballot or located outside your polling place or holding up a sign with your polling place street address. Location of selfie is not restricted to Detroit.
OR
Favorite Detroit Location Selfie: Go to makeanimpactconcerts.org/meet and fill out the entry and submit a selfie outside your favorite place in your community. This is not restricted to Detroit.
LIMIT: One entry per person with any of the above entry mechanisms. Entries by the same person in excess of the above entry limits will be disqualified. Any attempt by any Entrant to enter by using multiple/different email accounts, social media accounts, identities or any other method will void that person’s entries and he/she/they may be disqualified from further participation in the Sweepstakes.
To enter online, certain wireless phone charges or data charges may apply. Please consult your wireless service provider. By entering, you agree to Sponsor’s website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry that it believes violates or potentially violates any of the foregoing requirements, contains inappropriate, disparaging, hateful, or illegal or dangerous material (in Sponsor’s sole discretion), or otherwise fails to comply with any provision of these Official Rules. Use of script, macro or any device to participate is prohibited. Entries will not be acknowledged. By submitting an entry, Entrant agrees to the grant of rights set forth herein.
4. Selection of Winner: Winner will be selected in a random draw on or about November 3, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST. Odds of winning all prizes depend on the number of eligible entries received before each drawing. Potential winners may be subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, in Sponsor’s sole discretion before being confirmed as the actual winner (“Winner”).
5. Prize:
One Prize: Two (2) VIP Tickets for use by prizewinner and one guest (who must be 18+ years of age as of the date of the Concert) to attend the Concert. Meet and Greet for prizewinner and same guest on the day of the Concert with an artist performing at the Concert. (Approximate Retail Value $300)
The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize set forth above represents Sponsor's good faith determination of the ARV thereof and such determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. Prizes do not include any other item other than what is listed in these Official Rules.
Location of Concert seats and identity of artist at Meet and Greet not guaranteed and at Sponsor’s discretion. Winner and guest must be able to attend the Concert and Meet and Greet on the date and time designated by Sponsor. If the winner (and/or guest) is unable to attend or participate in any portion of the prize on the specified date and time, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety, and no alternative compensation, substitution, or cash equivalent will be provided. Time and place of Meet and Greet is in Sponsor’s sole discretion based on the availability of artists. Artists’ availability for the meet-and-greet and the schedule is subject to change. If any artist is unable to meet with the winner and guest due to scheduling conflicts, illness, or professional commitments, that portion of the prize will be voided, and no refund or alternative prize will be awarded.
Transportation, lodging, parking, meals, gratuities, souvenirs, and any other expenses not explicitly specified herein as part of the prize description are solely the winner's responsibility.
Sponsor is not responsible if the Concert or the Meet and Greet is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason, including but not limited to weather, artist illness, labor disputes, or acts of God. No substitution or compensation will be provided in the event of cancellation, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner and guest agree to abide by all venue and artist policies, including any security protocols or behavioral guidelines. Sponsor and venue reserve the right to remove or deny entry to any winner or guest who violates these policies or engages in disruptive behavior, without compensation.
Winner and guest acknowledge and agree that participation in the prize (including attendance at the Concert and the meet-and-greet) carries inherent risks, including exposure to crowds, loud noises, and communicable diseases (e.g., COVID-19). By accepting the prize, winner and guest voluntarily assume all risks, hazards, and dangers associated with attendance and participation. Sponsor, the venue, artists, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, or delay to person or property arising out of or related to the prize.
No transfer, refund, cash redemption, substitution, cash equivalent, or replacement of prize permitted by winner, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize or its elements for those of equal or greater value (or cash equivalent). In the event the ARV of any prize is different from the actual retail value of that prize, the difference will not be awarded in cash or in any way. Prizewinners are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (if applicable), and all costs and expenses associated with the receipt and use of any prize, unless specifically provided herein.
In no event will more than the stated number of prize be awarded. Unless prohibited by law, Sponsor reserves the right to not choose a winner should Sponsor not receive sufficient number of entries.
6. Winner Notification: Potential winner will be notified via email message on or about November 3, 2026. Potential winner must respond to all attempts at notification and any and all subsequent requests for winner verification information within 2 hours, based on Sponsor’s clock.
Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by potential winner for any reason. In Sponsor's sole discretion, selected potential winner may be disqualified and required to forfeit the prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules from among the remaining eligible Entrants if selected potential winner: (i) cannot be reached for whatever reason or does not respond to Sponsor’s selection/verification email(s) in a timely manner; (ii) declines or cannot accept, receive or use the prize for any reason; (iii) is found to be ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or receive the prize; or (iv) cannot or does not comply with any provision of these Official Rules. Forfeited or unclaimed prize may not be awarded. Sponsor is not obligated to contact potential winner in any other manner than otherwise mentioned in these Official Rules. Selected potential prize winner and guest may be required to participate in the winner verification process and complete (as directed by Sponsor) an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release and W-9 (where permitted by law) (collectively, the "Affidavit") and show any identification requested. If potential prize winner does not comply with these requirements, in Sponsor's sole discretion, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules from among the remaining eligible Entrants. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification and Affidavit procedures in connection with the selection of alternate winner, if any.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an individual who actually submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email account by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
7. Grant of Rights: Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, potential winner and guest agree and acknowledge that Sponsor and any of its designees may, without any limitation or further compensation, use winner’s and guest’s full name, city and location of residence, selfie, or other likenesses, avatars, entries, pictures, portraits, voices, testimonials, biographical information (in whole or in part), and/or statements made by winner regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor, worldwide and in perpetuity for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsor, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, print, TV, radio, electronic, cable, social media, World Wide Web, or metaverse without further limitation, restriction, compensation, notice, review, or approval (“Publicity Release”). Winner agrees and acknowledges that Sponsor shall be under no obligation to make any use of any submitted Entry to exercise any of the rights granted herein and that Sponsor is not responsible for any unauthorized use of Entry by third parties. Winner shall have no right of approval, no claim to compensation, and no claim (including, without limitation, claims based upon invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity) arising out of any use, blurring, alteration, distortion, illusionary effect, faulty reproduction, or use in any composite form of the Entry. Winner agrees and acknowledges the requirements of this paragraph and the Official Rules in their entirety.
8. Ineligibility, No Tampering, Right To Cancel/Modify: Sponsor shall not have any obligation, responsibility, or liability, including any responsibility to award any prize to Entrants, with regard to: (a) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with or violate the Official Rules; (b) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, postage due, misdirected, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human, or technical error of any kind; (c) entries who have committed fraud or deception in entering or participating in this Sweepstakes or claiming the prize; (d) internet, telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (e) typographical, printing or other errors or omissions in these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials, or other problems or errors of any kind whether computer, network, mechanical, human, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, in the processing of entries, in the selection or announcement of winner or in the awarding of prize; (f) any inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason; (g) if a prize or any component or portion of the prize cannot be awarded due any reason beyond its control or otherwise, including but not limited to unavailability, delays, interruptions, fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, labor shortage, labor dispute or strike, pandemic, public health crisis (e.g. COVID, SARS, Ebola), unavailability of artist, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, supply chain disruptions, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, or order of any court, or other cause, or any other similar event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control; or (h) any damages, injuries or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss or misdirection of any prize or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes.
If for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or difficulties, interruptions, deletion, defect, phone or network or computer or software malfunctions, or any other causes beyond Sponsor’s control, which affects the proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award any affected prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify or void any entrant(s) or entry/ies that tamper(s) with the entry process or who engages in cheating, deception, or other fraudulent or unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs), or who annoys, abuses, threatens, or harasses any other entrants, Sponsor, or prize supplier or participating artist. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel or suspend part or all of this Sweepstakes for any reason, in its sole discretion.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES AT LAW OR IN EQUITY FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Release of Liability; Disclaimer of Warranty: By participating in the Sweepstakes or a prize, Entrants and winner and winner’s guest agree individually:
(a) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram and each of their subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (the "Released Parties"), from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever (“Liability), including without limitation, Liability resulting from or arising out of or relating to accident, property damage, personal injury (including emotional distress), and/or death, or unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information, which may occur, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with preparation for, or participation in, the Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of the prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related or prize-related activity, loss of or inability to access the prize; Liability for any claims or causes of action based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy or merchandise delivery;
(b) to further release the Released Parties from any Liability for (i) any injury or damage to Entrants’ or to any other person's computer, mobile device, or other property, including but not limited to any damage resulting from any computer viruses or from linkage to any third party sites or communications from third party sites, regardless of how caused, resulting from or arising out of or relating to entering or downloading materials or software in connection with this Sweepstakes. or for a winner’s inability to access or loss of the prize; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, mobile device, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes, or (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries, including, without limitation, incorrect, delayed or inaccurate transmission, winner notifications, prize claims or other information or communications relating to the Sweepstakes, or the failure to capture or transmit any such information or any errors in these Official Rules.
(c) to further release the Released Parties from any Liability for personal injuries, death, property damage, property loss, or property theft, or other damages or expenses resulting from or arising out of or relating to receiving or using a prize.
(d) to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Released Parties have no responsibility relating to any of the areas of release in a-c of this section and make no warranties, and hereby disclaim any and all warranties, expressed or implied, concerning any prize or any component thereof in connection with the Sweepstakes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, prize is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, and the Released Parties hereby disclaim all such warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, mechanical condition, and/or non-infringement.
(e) To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that Sponsor shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising out of or connected with (i) the Sweepstakes; (ii) any prize awarded; (iii) your use of or access to the Sweepstakes website(s). You further agree that your remedies for any claims relating to your participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of the prize are limited to your actual out of pocket expenses of participation in the Sweepstakes (if any).
(f) all the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, in the Sweepstakes Website and its content are owned by Sponsor. Neither these Official Rules (nor your access to the Sweepstakes Website) transfers to you or any third party any rights, title or interest in or to such intellectual property rights, except for the limited, non-exclusive right to access the Sweepstakes Website for your own personal, noncommercial use. Sponsor and its suppliers reserve all rights not granted in these Official Rules. There are no implied licenses granted under these Official Rules.
10. Use of Data: All information submitted by Entrants will be treated according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at: [https://www.impactdataandevents.org/privacy-policy]. By participating in the Sweepstakes and providing other personally or non-personally identifiable information, entrants hereby agree 1) to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, and 2) Entrant is providing such information to Sponsor and to no other entity or party. In the event of any inconsistency between Sponsor’s website Terms of Use/Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, then these Official Rules shall control.
11. Severability: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such provision.
12. Disputes:
ARBITRATION. PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND TO HAVE A JURY HEAR YOUR CLAIMS.
(a) Informal Resolution. Before starting any arbitration or court proceeding, Entrant and Sponsor agree to try to resolve informally any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Official Rules, the Sweepstakes, Entrant's participation in it, the selection or awarding of prizes (including the concert tickets and meet and greet), or the collection, use, or disclosure of Entrant's information or communications sent to Entrant in connection with the Sweepstakes ("Dispute"). The party raising the Dispute must send a written notice ("Notice") describing the claim and the relief sought. Entrant's Notice must include (i) Entrant's name, (ii) the email address or phone number used to enter, (iii) a description of the claim and the relief requested, and (iv) the personal signature of Entrant or, if Entrant has not reached the age of majority, of Entrant's parent or legal guardian (a counsel signature alone is not sufficient). Entrant must send the Notice to info@impactdae.org. Sponsor must send its Notice to the contact information provided at entry. Neither party may start an arbitration or court proceeding until 60 days after the Notice is received. The statute of limitations on any claim is tolled from the date the Notice is received until that 60-day period ends.
(b) Agreement to Arbitrate. Except as stated in paragraph (i), Entrant and Sponsor agree that any Dispute will be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not in court. This agreement applies to Disputes against Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional and prize partners, the venue and ticketing providers, the artist and the artist's representatives, and each of their respective officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (together with Sponsor, the "Released Parties"), each of whom may enforce this Arbitration Section.
(c) Rules and Provider. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules in effect when the arbitration is filed, which are available at adr.org. If 25 or more similar demands are filed, the AAA's Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules and Consumer Mass Arbitration fee schedule in effect at that time will also apply. If the AAA is unable or unwilling to administer the arbitration, the parties will agree on a substitute provider that applies rules at least as protective of consumers, or a court may appoint one. The arbitration will be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator in English.
(d) Costs. Entrant is responsible only for the AAA's capped consumer filing fee (or less, if the AAA's rules or fee-waiver provisions apply). Sponsor will pay all other AAA administrative fees and all arbitrator compensation, and will pay them when due. Sponsor will not seek its attorneys' fees or costs from Entrant unless the arbitrator finds that Entrant's claim was frivolous or brought for an improper purpose. Each party otherwise bears its own attorneys' and expert fees, except that the arbitrator may award fees and costs to the extent applicable law or the AAA rules allow.
(e) Hearing. The arbitration will be conducted on the documents unless Entrant or the arbitrator requests a hearing. At Entrant's election, any hearing will be held by video or in person in the federal judicial district where Entrant resides.
(f) Arbitrator's Authority; Remedies. The arbitrator may award any individual relief, including damages and statutory remedies, that a court could award on Entrant's or Sponsor's individual claims under applicable law, and no more. The arbitrator must issue a written decision with the essential findings and conclusions on which the award is based. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
(g) Class Action Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis. Neither Entrant nor Sponsor may bring a Dispute as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action or arbitration, and the arbitrator has no authority to hear one or to consolidate or join the claims of other persons. Only a court, and not the arbitrator, may decide whether this paragraph (g) is enforceable. If this paragraph (g) is found unenforceable as to any Dispute or any request for relief, then that Dispute or request for relief must proceed in court and not in arbitration, and all other Disputes will remain subject to arbitration. If a Dispute includes a request for public injunctive relief that cannot lawfully be waived, that request alone will be severed and stayed in court until the arbitration of all other claims is complete.
(h) Delegation; Severability. Except as stated in paragraph (g), the arbitrator decides all questions about the scope, validity, and enforceability of this Arbitration Section, including any unconscionability challenge. If any other provision of this Arbitration Section is found unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the rest will remain in effect.
(i) Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies, as long as the matter stays there and is not brought on a class or representative basis. Either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in court to protect its intellectual property rights.
(j) Confidentiality. The arbitration provider and the arbitrator must keep the proceedings confidential to the extent the provider's rules provide. Nothing in this Arbitration Section prevents Entrant from discussing or disclosing the existence of a Dispute or its facts, or from communicating with any government agency.
(k) Court Proceedings. Any Dispute that is not subject to arbitration, and any action to confirm, vacate, or enforce an award, must be brought in the state or federal court located in New York, NY, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction there. To the extent permitted by law, in any court proceeding, the parties waive a jury trial. This jury waiver does not apply where applicable law prohibits it. Nothing in this Arbitration Section limits any remedy available under applicable law.
(l) Governing Law. This Arbitration Section is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq., including its procedures for the conduct of arbitration.
(m) Minor Entrants. If Entrant has not reached the age of majority in Entrant's state or territory of residence, Entrant's parent or legal guardian, by submitting the entry or by permitting Entrant to enter, agrees to this Arbitration Section on Entrant's behalf and on the parent's or guardian's own behalf. The parent or guardian represents that they have the legal authority to do so. For a minor Entrant, references in this Arbitration Section to "Entrant" include both the minor and the parent or guardian, and this Arbitration Section applies to any Dispute brought by or on behalf of either of them, including claims relating to the parent's or guardian's own information or communications received in connection with the Sweepstakes.
13. Governing Law. These rules, their interpretation, and any Disputes arising from them, shall be governed by New York law, without regard to conflict of law rules or principles.
14. Miscellaneous: Entrant waives any rights to claim ambiguity of any section or portion of the Official Rules. In the event of any discrepancy between Official Rules and any other Sweepstakes-related materials, including promotional material for the Sweepstakes, Sponsor’s privacy policy, or Sponsor’s website, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. Headings are for convenience and shall not be given substantive interpretation.
15. Winner’s List: Sponsor will post a winner’s list at [impactdae.org/detroit-rules] .
16. Rules Requests: The Official Rules are available online at: [impactdae.org/detroit-rules].
17. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Impact Data & Events, Inc. [167 Madison Avenue Ste 205 #4620 New York City NY 10016] (the “Sponsor”).
18. Sponsor Disclaimer: This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with artists, the venue, prize suppliers, or Instagram.
