Executive Summary

We utilize data from Johns Hopkins to register and turn out NEW voters.

The largest impact on elections is made by registering and turning out new voters. Impact Data & Events’ programs are executed with evidence-based strategies led by world-class entertainment industry executives and academics resulting in exponential civic participation growth via traditionally hard to reach young and underrepresented communities.

Our 501 (c)3 non-profit has created a data model with Johns Hopkins University’s SNF Agora Institute predicting the top-trending artists in each location with the most unregistered and non-voting fans. This model powers our two flagship initiatives:

  • Free Impact Concerts the public enters by checking their voter registration or submitting a selfie from outside their polling place / at home with a blank and unmarked ballot.* Our Impact Concerts are custom built to reach 1M+ low-propensity voters in 2026.

  • We have also designed a data-led digital voter registration and turnout program to engage over 3,000 artists from our Johns Hopkins data to register and turn out new voters from their audiences at scale. The vast majority of these artists have never previously been contacted to engage their audiences to take civic action.
